Job Summary
Manage and maintain the digital banking backlog by translating business requirements into user stories, sequencing work items, and coordinating delivery with Product Management and vendors. Configure vendor platforms using low-code/no-code tools to implement features, workflows, and integrations while supporting functional and user acceptance testing. Support release readiness, post-release validation, and incident triage for digital banking platforms, ensuring stable execution of prioritized enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine requirements, and drive continuous improvement based on member usage trends and production issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience supporting digital platforms, application delivery, business systems, digital banking operations, vendor platform administration, member-facing technology support, or a related operational or technology role
- Experience supporting structured work efforts such as platform changes, system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, release readiness, vendor-supported delivery, or project-based work
- Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, work items, acceptance criteria, or delivery plans
- Working knowledge of digital platforms, vendor-managed technology environments, workflow automation, integrations, or related application delivery concepts
- Ability to coordinate across business, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, support testing, and help deliver approved changes
- Ability to support testing, release readiness, issue triage, and post-release follow-up in a structured manner
- Ability to travel to other work locations as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications or training in digital platforms, agile delivery practices, workflow automation, or business systems analysis are a plus
- Experience working in structured delivery environments required; familiarity with agile, backlog-based, or iterative delivery practices preferred
- Experience with digital banking platforms, fintech vendors, or financial services preferred
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled platform configuration, or vendor platform administration is strongly preferred
