Technology Product Manager - Platform

Job Summary
Define product vision and strategy for flagship AU Digital products by aligning business priorities, customer needs, and technology capabilities. Own product requirements and backlog by collaborating with global stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications and prioritized user stories. Drive end-to-end product delivery by working with development, UX, and quality teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases while maintaining agility. Partner with marketing and business units to strengthen the value proposition and support go-to-market activities for successful product adoption. This role operates within ABB's Process Automation business area, leveraging Industrial IoT and AI to enable industries to operate leaner and cleaner.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software or digital product management
- Proven experience managing products across the end-to-end product lifecycle
- MBA from an accredited two-year university
- Strong experience in Industrial IoT, digitalization, enterprise software or analytics platforms
- Exposure to technologies such as Azure IoT services, digital twins and IIoT-based analytics solutions
- Proven experience in software requirements management
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy, product conceptualization, roadmap development, go-to-market planning and successful release of digital or software products and services
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, networking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across customers, business units and cross-functional teams in a complex global environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Metals & Mining, Paper & Pulp, Marine or Ports
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
