Job Summary
Supervising Associate in EY Technology Procurement within Global Procurement, responsible for sourcing strategy, managing the full lifecycle of technology contracts, and leading negotiations for software licensing, cloud-based solutions, and professional services. Partners with General Counsel and internal stakeholders to onboard technology goods/services, socialize procurement policy, deliver management information and savings reporting, and develop category strategies aligned with global technology priorities. Requires 4+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in a truly global environment, strong negotiation and vendor-management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and change across borders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from accredited university in Finance, Business or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years procurement or sourcing experience in a global environment
- Experience with negotiating contracts related to software licensing, cloud-based solutions and professional services
- Experience negotiating contracts globally and regionally
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex service agreements (commercial and service delivery)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong English communication skills
