Technology/Process Engineer

Support production processes by collaborating with relevant departments to implement selected projects and conducting systematic process investigations to recognize inputs and outputs. Lead process modifications and improvements while suggesting and designing technical changes related to production workflows. Contribute to performance diagnostics and data gathering, ensuring processes remain compliant with quality system objectives and policies. Manage Change Requests in accordance with Document Control, Education, and Traceability requirements, maintaining up-to-date process documentation and employee practices. Monitor ongoing production resources, skills, and routines to facilitate deputizing of production supervision as needed, providing regular updates to managers on progress and status.
