Job Summary
Lead multiple simultaneous client projects in collaboration with consultants, acting as a thought partner to develop rigorous strategies and drive search processes for Executive Search, Board, and Advisory mandates. Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates through market research, the internal Firm network, and external resources while conducting information synthesis from interviews and working sessions. Create high-quality client documentation including candidate profiles, role specifications, and progress reports. Partner with client teams to develop pitch presentations, proactively monitor market shifts, and build targeted event lists for business development. Contribute to knowledge management activities by sharing expertise, developing subject matter insights on IT Services trends, and recording pertinent industry information. This role focuses on the IT Services Segment within Egon Zehnder's Technology Practice Team, which delivers tailored people solutions to organizations navigating leadership challenges in the digital economy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years' professional work experience (post-undergrad)
- Demonstrated functional experience of a similar nature (e.g., market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, project planning)
- Previous project-based experience working effectively on multiple mandates simultaneously
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
- Demonstrates very strong attention to detail
