Job Summary
Shape long-term people strategies aligned to Technology and enterprise priorities while serving as an internal human capital consultant on workforce design and talent strategy. Lead the Technology People Team through strategic planning, OKRs, and multi-year roadmaps, leveraging GenAI-enabled insights and advanced analytics to build data-driven recommendations for executive audiences. Drive process improvements, manage leadership meetings, and execute special projects including promotion modernization and workforce modeling. Monitor organizational health metrics to diagnose root causes and recommend interventions, ensuring continuous evaluation of HR programs against business needs. This hybrid role reports to the SVP, People Technology, with 5-10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD)
- 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Travel 5-10% of the time
