Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale technology outsourcing strategy for Apex Group with responsibility for shaping and executing global outsourcing initiatives. Drive governance, risk management, and regulatory assurance across multi-region, multi-vendor relationships; oversee performance, compliance, and strategic value; steer digital transformation through strategic outsourcing partnerships; participate in executive and board discussions; mentor senior managers; own commercial negotiations, budgeting, and vendor partnerships; define and monitor KPIs for resilience and cost optimization; collaborate with Group CISO and cyber leadership to align activities with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
