Job Summary
Technology Operations Senior Manager responsible for leading deployment and execution of technology strategies across a complex manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence, transforming operating models, enabling automation and advanced analytics (Generative AI, IoT, ML/AI, digital twins), and delivering measurable business outcomes. Builds cross-functional partnerships, delivers governance and metrics, drives user adoption and Education/awareness programs, and partners with site, corporate, and remote teams to harmonize practices, improve service availability, and accelerate technology modernization. Travel up to 20% and manage relationships with service owners, business partners, enterprise partners, and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable plans for Ireland sites.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 6 years of Information System and/or manufacturing technology experience
- Master’s degree and 10 years of Information System and/or manufacturing technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of Information System and/or manufacturing technology experience AND 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience
Additional Requirements
- Travel: Domestic and international travel up to 20% may be required
