Job Summary
Technology & Operations Manager responsible for maintaining a scalable technology infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows across a nationwide nonprofit. Role includes administering Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing Google Workspace and other core platforms, guiding AI adoption, documenting and training staff, and collaborating with vendors to drive efficiency. Requires remote-first work in the U.S., cross-functional coordination, data integrity, and delivering process improvements through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT
- strong communication and stakeholder management
- ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- experience building and improving workflows and processes
- ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors
