Job Summary
Technology Operations & Governance Analyst responsible for defining and documenting processes and procedures for the organization’s technology operations. Analyzes existing processes, recommends improvements, ensures documentation is updated regularly and stored appropriately, and aligns operational metrics with established procedures. Partners with business and technology leadership to implement and standardize the Technology System of Delivery (SoD) across lines, manages change within the SoD, and creates/maintains metrics and reports. Will coordinate projects, communicate progress to stakeholders, identify risks, and drive automation to improve efficiency. Requires collaboration with Data and Analytics teams, experience with Azure DevOps boards, and proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Visio, or Blueworks Live. Remote-friendly position in the United States with an annual base salary range of $52,000-$70,000; includes benefits and potential discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years of industry/relevant experience
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio)
- Ability to work remotely and set up a conducive home office
