Job Summary
Technology Operations Engineer responsible for operating and supporting identity, endpoint management, and access services within a global Technology Operations team. Leads platform engineering and ownership of identity platforms (Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC) and endpoint platforms (Intune), supports provisioning and access management, maintains device compliance and lifecycle processes, and works closely with Information Security to enforce access controls and security standards. Drives automation to reduce Tier 2 demand, participates in security incident response, and contributes to Zero Trust, SDN, and continuous improvement efforts. Works in a distributed global team, with a 4 days onsite/1 day remote schedule at the Montevideo office in Uruguay. Must communicate effectively in English and collaborate across regions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems, platform operations, or advanced technical support
- Experience with modern identity platforms (Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC)
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune or equivalent)
- Understanding of access management and identity governance concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be legally authorized to work in Uruguay without employer sponsorship
