Job Summary
Technology Operation Engineer responsible for the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of IN/VAS platforms (OCS, PCRF, STP, SBC, SMSC, SIM/eSIM, VMS) to ensure high availability, accurate charging, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with Host MNOs, A2P partners, and IT applications. Includes health checks, backups, incident resolution, system upgrades, testing and rollback planning, and ongoing monitoring. Key duties span OCS rating/tariffs/offers, PCRF policy configuration, SMSC/A2P partner management, signaling and SBC/VOIP interconnection, SIM/eSIM lifecycle, voucher management, IT integrations (BCRM, Billing, Mediation), vendor coordination, and 24/7 on-call support with a focus on KPI/SLA adherence and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience with IN/VAS platforms such as IN/VAS, OCS, PCRF, STP, SBC, SMSC, IVR, SIM/eSIM, VMS
- Experience with OCS rating/offer/promotion design
- Experience configuring PCRF policies and A2P/SMPP integration
- Experience coordinating with Host MNO and IT systems integration
