Job Summary
Technology Network Administrator responsible for ensuring stable, highly available network infrastructure supporting critical electric grid operations. On-call rotation required; role is on-site in Wisconsin with offices in Cottage Grove and Pewaukee. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot outages, coordinate with NOC/partners, perform installations/upgrades/decommissioning, follow change management, maintain documentation and asset records, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis. Ideal candidate has an Associates degree or equivalent experience, experience with IP networking (WAN/LAN), hands-on experience with routers/switches/optical equipment, cabling and lifecycle processes, and strong communication/collaboration skills. Relocation within two hours of the stated Wisconsin control centers is acceptable; this is not a remote role.

- Experience supporting network/telecom infrastructure
- Knowledge of IP networking (WAN/LAN)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, or optical equipment
- Troubleshooting connectivity and circuit issues
- Experience with cabling, installations, and lifecycle processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- On-call rotations
- Live in or relocate to Wisconsin within two hours of Pewaukee or Cottage Grove
