Job Summary
Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting owns and drives the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for contracting technology solutions across the EMEA region. The role translates regional business, legal, and commercial contracting requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria, partners with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable contract lifecycle solutions, leads Agile delivery including sprint planning and releases, applies AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms for pricing and revenue optimization, ensures data integrity and system integrations, manages dependencies across regional and global initiatives, monitors KPIs and drives continuous improvement, and advocates Credo and leadership principles. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 6–8 years in relevant roles, experience with enterprise systems, and willingness to travel up to 20% in Europe, with fluency in English and additional European languages preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience 6–8 years in technology product management or related roles
- Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP)
- Agile delivery experience (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Travel up to 10–20% within EMEA
- English fluency; additional European languages preferred
