Job Summary
Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting at DePuy Synthes leads product vision and backlog for contracting technology across the EMEA region, translating business, legal, and commercial needs into epics and user stories; drives Agile delivery with sprint planning and releases; applies AI/analytics to modernize contracting platforms; ensures data integrity and system scalability across CLM, pricing, and related platforms; collaborates with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT to meet policy standards; monitors KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement; champions Credo and Leadership Imperatives while coordinating with regional and global teams; role involves hybrid work locations in the UK and Ireland, and up to 10-20% international travel within EMEA.
Required Qualifications
