Job Summary
Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting leads the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for contracting technology solutions in the EMEA region, partnering with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable capabilities. Explain and translate regional business and legal contracting requirements into epics, features, and user stories, manage Agile delivery, and apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms for pricing, revenue optimization, and customer operations. Ensure data integrity and system integration across contracting, pricing, and related platforms; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% within Europe, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in technology product management, with strong communication skills; fluent English is required. Certifications in Agile/Scrum Product Ownership are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or related roles
- Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of contracting processes, pricing governance, and translating business needs into technology solutions
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills; English required; European languages preferred
- Travel up to 10–20% within EMEA
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification
