Job Summary
Technology Manager for EMEA Contracting, leading the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for contracting technology solutions across the EMEA region. Partner with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable contract lifecycle capabilities; drive Agile delivery, apply AI/analytics to optimize pricing and revenue, ensure data integrity and system integrations, and support digital transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or related roles
- Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and system integrations
- Experience operating in regulated environments and ensuring compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog ownership
- Familiarity with CLM platforms and pricing/finance integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Travel up to 10–20% within EMEA
