Job Summary
Support the reliability, performance, and availability of Vanguard's infrastructure and systems by monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance scalability. Gain hands-on experience in network engineering, cloud platforms, and automation while applying Agile methodologies to drive operational enhancements. Collaborate with engineering, platform, and business teams to resolve challenges and take ownership of projects that deliver high-impact outcomes. Participate in technical capstones, hackathons, and hands-on projects to strengthen technical foundations and leadership capabilities. Rotate through three eight-month assignments to build a network with senior leaders and peers under personalized coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject matter
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Graduating college senior
- Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Strong interest in infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, or platform engineering
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
