Job Summary
Complete rotation objectives across IT business areas including eight-month rotations in Application Development or Technology Operations. Demonstrate accountability for issues by accepting ownership throughout the problem resolution process and provide high-quality service to internal and external client inquiries. Utilize appropriate tools to arrange, manipulate, and present data that enables solid business decision-making. Participate in projects by working with stakeholders to determine scope, gather requirements, and recommend solutions. Navigate the organization by securing a comprehensive network of business contacts. Take ownership of personal and professional development through program meetings, training sessions, and maintaining a personal development plan.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical/engineering discipline
- Experience in information technology
