Complete rotation objectives across IT business areas including Application Development and Technology Operations, taking ownership of all projects and assignments. Navigate the organization by securing a network of business contacts to leverage for task completion and deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients. Utilize appropriate tools to arrange, manipulate, and present data for solid decision-making, while making recommendations based on findings. Participate in projects by working with stakeholders to determine scope, gather requirements, and implement solutions, demonstrating leadership competencies throughout rotational and programmatic experiences. Maintain a personal development plan to track accomplishments while applying technical knowledge to meet outlined objectives.
