Job Summary
Develop and apply machine learning models and advanced statistical techniques to solve complex business problems across Data & Analytics teams. Work with large datasets to identify patterns, design experiments, and build predictive and prescriptive models while supporting validation efforts. Translate business challenges into analytical solutions, partnering with engineering and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Take ownership of projects from concept to implementation, collaborating across teams to influence strategic decisions and deliver high-impact outcomes. This rotational development experience includes three rotations across focused domains, with regular coaching from department and program managers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's, MBA, or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or analytical field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or SQL
