Technology Leadership Program – Data & Analytics (Analyst) - PA

Job Summary
Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights supporting business decisions, develop dashboards and visualizations communicating key trends, and partner with teams to translate needs into analytical solutions. Apply data management principles to ensure accuracy, utilize tools like SQL and Python, and deliver insights influencing strategy and client outcomes. Take ownership of projects, collaborate across functions, and drive solutions in a supportive environment. Engage in regular coaching with managers and build a network with senior leaders. This two-year rotational program exposes participants to three eight-month assignments across Data & Analytics teams, strengthening technical expertise and leadership capabilities for graduating students starting in 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Master's, MBA, or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or analytical field
- Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
