Job Summary
Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights supporting business decisions, develop dashboards and visualizations communicating key trends, and partner with business and technology teams to translate needs into analytical solutions. Apply data management principles to ensure accuracy, utilize tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau, and deliver insights influencing strategy and client outcomes. Take ownership of projects, collaborate across teams, and engage in regular coaching with department and program managers. This two-year rotational development experience includes three eight-month assignments across Data & Analytics-focused teams for graduating students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative, analytical, or technical field
- Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions
- Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
