Technology Leadership Program - Application Development (NC)

Design and build applications supporting internal systems and client-facing platforms using modern technologies like cloud, APIs, and full-stack development. Take ownership of projects to deliver high-impact outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying Agile methodologies in an iterative environment. Participate in technical capstones, hackathons, and innovation initiatives while building relationships with mentors and leaders across the organization. This two-year rotational development experience includes three eight-month assignments across diverse IT teams, providing exposure to varied technologies and business areas for graduating students entering technology leadership roles.
