Job Summary
Senior Technology Lead Business Analyst who liaises between business users and technologists to exchange information clearly, driving continuous exploration of business performance. Develops creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manages multiple work streams across geographies (Credit Initiation and Onboarding). Contributes to product road map, development governance, and automation initiatives; guides stakeholders and provides advisory input on technology/operations while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance. Mentors onsite and offshore resources, manages resource allocation, and escalates control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications
- 11-17 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
- Proven ability to present and use planning tools
- Ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
- Leadership/mentoring experience
- Risk assessment and regulatory compliance awareness
- Experience influencing others and guiding cross-functional teams
- Supervise day-to-day staff management issues and resource management
