Job Summary
Support students, alumni, and internal teams with day-to-day assistance using the Career Portal (12Twenty), troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining platform content accuracy. Manage data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks across systems using advanced Excel skills for uploads, imports, and exports, while ensuring synchronization between the Career Portal, CRM, and reporting tools. Generate reports and dashboards, extract data for analysis, and monitor key KPIs. Assist in testing new features, documenting processes, and collaborating with Employer Relations, Advising, and Operations teams on platform migrations and workflow improvements. This temporary role covers maternity leave within IE University's Operations Technology function, focusing on data-driven operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in operations, data management, or technology-related roles
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory): strong proficiency working with large datasets, formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), and data cleaning/structuring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 or above)
- Must be available for a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave
