Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in Technology Investment Governance drives stable, scalable product delivery by collaborating with the Product Delivery Manager, executing change-management activities, and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. Leads data-driven analysis using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) to track metrics and inform decisions, authors Jira deliverables (epics, stories), and partners with UX, development, QA, and release management to deliver customer-centric features. Exhibits strong communication, leadership in daily Scrum sessions, and the ability to convert customer needs and business goals into well-defined requirements while navigating a complex, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies (including Kanban)
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Experience writing Jira epics and user stories for agile product development
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and with matrixed organizations
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills across stakeholders and senior management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
