Job Summary
Senior Associate in Technology Investment Governance and Program Management within the Digital & Platform Services team, responsible for articulating the multi-year technology investment narrative, coordinating with senior stakeholders (CFO, Business Managers, Financial Managers, Product Managers), ensuring alignment with investment governance, planning & analysis control numbers, performing financial analysis as needed, managing processes such as Benefits review, Hygiene issues, Monthly Estimate Forecast, Investor Day support, and Annual Planning, and guiding users on Digital & Platform Services processes using in-house tools; requires advanced communication, governance and data-analysis skills, proficiency with tools like Databricks, Tableau, QlikSense, Excel, PowerPoint, and a proactive, detail-oriented, self-starting mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4 years of professional experience in handling large volume of data
- Proven experience in Technology Investment Governance or a related field
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to articulate complex investment narratives clearly and concisely
- Experience with financial controls and alignment processes
- Proficiency in using reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., data bricks, tableau, Qliksense)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-starter who is motivated to excel in all aspects of their role and seeks to break the status quo and initiate improvements where necessary
