Job Summary
Conduct hands-on software and data engineering projects supporting Finance, Operations, Risk, and Trading teams. Collaborate with senior managers and peers to build bespoke systems, integrate AI tools, create visualization interfaces, and develop alerting tooling. Work in pairs on projects selected through a collaborative proposal process to gain autonomy and assume significant responsibility. Participate in regular seminars, receive personalized mentoring, and present final work to the Technology team. Complete a 10-week tenure with the possibility of converting to a full-time graduate role.
