Job Summary
Conduct daily system and software audits to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for streamlining operations. Produce weekly audit reports detailing findings, realistic action plans, and key deliverables. Provide hands-on support for everyday technology needs, including processing and resolving user tickets via Zendesk. Participate in research, testing, and implementation of AI tools across the company's technology portfolio. Support engineering and infrastructure initiatives, including cloud-native capabilities and security upgrades. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned. Work Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, with a minimum of three full days per week. The internship runs from September 10th through December 19th, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundations in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Practical AI literacy and familiarity with cloud-native environments
- Understanding of foundational cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Hands-on familiarity with hardware, basic networking, and cabling
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking for system audits, and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift
- 100% in person
- 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday
- Minimum requirement: 3 full days per week
- September 10th - December 19th, 2026
