Job Summary
Deliver technology-enabled transformation engagements by structuring complex problems, conducting sophisticated analyses, and developing actionable recommendations for clients. Manage priorities independently while collaborating with senior team members and coaching junior associates to execute analysis and drive project progress. Own major workstreams across IT strategy, efficiency, risk, and data & AI pillars, ensuring rigorous, relevant outputs that unlock measurable business value. This role supports the Performance Transformation practice in guiding clients through rapid assessment to sustainable impact, requiring fluency in English and German and the ability to work fluidly within a diverse, entrepreneurial partnership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on technology innovation
- Fluency in English and German language
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
