Job Summary
Lead the team through efficient problem-solving processes from initial thought to solution convergence, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive. Drive strategic technology advisory and hands-on delivery support across five pillars: IT strategy, efficiency, program risks, tech assessment, and data/AI. Forge strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while conducting sophisticated analyses to identify trends and present actionable insights. Own the journey as an on-scene leader, balancing rigorous execution with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable value and lasting change for clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on technology innovation
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Fluency in English and German language
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
