Job Summary
The Technology Initiatives Director at Boyd Gaming Corporation will manage and coordinate technology projects aimed at delivering financial growth and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, business or related discipline
- Ten (10) years direct work experience in an IT project/program/product management capacity
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as: Project Online and ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge with enterprise systems such as Workday
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT financial management and organizational change management
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the field of computer science, business or related discipline
- PMP certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
- Must have a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
