Job Summary
Join hx’s Technology Graduate Programme (12 months, starting September 2026) embedded in technical teams to build real technical solutions across data, AI, pricing, and underwriting. You’ll learn the platform and products, work with Engineering, Product, AI, and Customer teams, complete a final programme project, and receive mentorship, learning & development support, and exposure to internal roles after the programme. The role includes hands-on work automating workflows, building features, and gaining commercial and insurance-domain context through collaboration with customer-facing teams; the programme supports long-term growth and may lead to full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Developed strong technical foundations in Python
- Curiosity about AI and automation (LLMs, ML concepts, AI-assisted development)
- Internships, personal projects, hackathons, teaching or coaching roles, leadership in societies, or open-source contributions
- Problem-solving mindset with persistence beyond first approach
- Clear communication of technical concepts (presentations, documentation, collaboration)
- Ownership of outcomes and ability to see projects through to completion
- Open to a range of technical and quantitative degree backgrounds (CS, Maths, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, etc.)
