TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE MANAGER - Product Platform & Global Expansion

Lead distributed software engineering teams to foster high-performance culture and continuous growth. Define and evolve the reference transactional architecture (Product Platform) to enable standardized, reusable, and scalable product publication from frontend to backend. Decompose global expansion strategy into concrete initiatives, driving market entry while managing the "last mile" legal and regulatory requirements for each geography. Partner with base region product leaders (US) to ensure platform alignment with their roadmaps and support strategic decomposition. Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies with clarity and influence, facilitating communication between technical teams, business units, and partner structures in Brazil. This executive role sits within Inter's Global Expansion Technology team, driving the evolution of the company's financial Super App and its transformation into a global player. Fluency in English is required, with a background in engineering or computer science essential for success.
