Job Summary
Technology Director, MAKE (Americas) responsible for global WMS strategy and operations across DePuy Synthes’ end-to-end supply chain network. Defines long-term WMS vision, leads global deployment/optimization, and ensures compliant, scalable warehouse technology solutions that enable service, efficiency, and resilience. Partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver technology solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. Oversees global WMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations with vendor governance. Applies AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize supply chain platforms for improved forecasting and planning. Leads a high-performing global team and drives data-driven decision making and standardization across global warehouse visibility. Knowledge of SAP-integrated WMS platforms and modern supply chain digital solutions; travel up to 25% included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10-12 years of progressive IT and/or Supply Chain Technology experience
- Experience leading global WMS strategy, operations and large-scale implementations
- Strong leadership of cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience in regulated environments (medical device/pharma/life sciences)
- Strong vendor management, financial acumen, and program governance skills
