Job Summary
Lead the Technology Director for HR Data, Analytics and Reporting Services in a large enterprise. Drive modernization of HR data platforms, cloud adoption, data governance, analytics capabilities, and responsible use of AI. Build and guide roadmaps, oversee engineering managers and teams, ensure security, availability, resilience, and scalable solutions, manage financials and resourcing, set risk guidelines, attract and develop engineering talent, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic HR data initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- 5+ years of enterprise data warehousing, including batch/streaming processing, workload management, scalable storage, and standardized access (SQL/APIs)
- 5+ years Hands-on leadership of data quality, metadata, and governance-aligned delivery in partnership with risk/compliance
- 5+ years of experience operating data platforms in cloud/hybrid environments aligned to enterprise controls and shared responsibility models
- Experience partnering with business and technology leaders; clearly communicate priorities, risks, and tradeoffs
- Experience using automation and GenAI to improve delivery and productivity while operating within governance guardrails (validation, monitoring, lifecycle management)
