Job Summary
Lead internal systems team and own end-to-end software development processes, guiding Agile/Scrum adoption, code reviews, and change management. Manage internal engineers and external contractors, coordinate software procurement and licensing, and drive AI tool adoption within development workflows. Oversee migration from NetSuite to an in-house Inventory Management/ERP platform, align with stakeholders to define technical specifications and product roadmaps, and ensure secure, high-performance production releases. Maintain technical documentation, UAT artifacts, and internal user guides while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Required with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of software development experience plus 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4+ years professional software development/technology experience
- 2+ years experience in management/supervisory capacity directly overseeing technical staff/engineering teams
- 3+ years experience in Web Development or as Software Development Lead/Manager
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, consultants, or technical contractors
