Technology Development Manager MAP (f/m/d)

Drive sensor and actuator technology from lab prototype to robust performance, defining and tracking critical milestones, coordinating testing protocols, and collaborating with early-adopter customers to understand requirements and conduct proof-of-concept validation. Support design for manufacturing planning and scalability, identify production challenges related to sourcing, process repeatability, yield, cost, and quality control, and prepare technical reports for internal stakeholders and potential customers. Requires Master’s degree or equivalent in Robotics or Electromechanical systems with strong hands-on prototyping skills, English fluency (German strongly desired), and a customer-focused mindset. Be part of an agile, interdisciplinary venture team developing two new-to-the-world technologies in a globally recognized company and contribute to productization and industrialization efforts through innovative engineering and collaboration.
