Job Summary
Technology Development Engineer (entry-level) to support development, transfer, optimization, and documentation of processes for fabricating reliable, manufacturable BCD, Discrete, MEMS, and wide bandgap devices. Responsibilities include supporting remote engineers with communication and data analysis, working with Process Engineering on DOE and metrology, analyzing electrical/in-process data to optimize parameters, assisting in transferring new processes to production and documenting approvals, contributing to quality, safety, CQI, 5S, yield management and cost containment initiatives, and being open to split or night shifts. Requires strong computer and communication skills and knowledge of semiconductor device physics, fabrication processes, electrical testing, and device layout design; typically requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Physics. Pay range is $76,000-$86,000 with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
