Job Summary
AI-focused technology developer in smart systems for industrial printing. Develop technologies for components of the printing process (print controller, embedded software, image processing, diagnostic software) and realize new (industrial) printing systems and related services. Drive concept development and prototypes with a strong emphasis on balancing functionality, quality, and cost. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in an open environment, leveraging strong analytical skills, modelling approaches, and effective communication to advance product concepts. Hybrid work arrangement in Venlo, Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree or PhD and a technical education, preferably Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or a related field
- strong technical background and eager to learn
- capabilities to solve complex challenges using experimental and modelling approaches
- excellent analytical and organizational skills and a strong drive for results
- proven work experience in an R&D environment is a plus
- excellent communication skills, fluent in English – verbal and written
- permission to work in the Netherlands
