Technology developer engineer in polymer technologies

Job Summary
Develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for polymer-based technologies with a strong focus on material characterization. Collaborate closely with product and material development teams to support production through polymer material characterization and problem-solving. Define machine requirements, process specifications, and global process rules to improve performance and quality. Perform data-driven statistical analysis of production parameters and lead processing trials. Develop material-specific measurement methods and contribute to characterization approaches for polymer materials. Requires a BSc/MSc in Engineering or Material Sciences, with experience in technology development, polymer physics, and statistical skills. Occasional travel to suppliers or plants is required.

- BSc / MSc in an Engineering area or Material Sciences
- Willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers or other plants

- Professional experience in technology development or R&D field

- Experience in polymer physics and material characterization methods
