Technology Design Engineer

Job Summary
Design and produce construction documentation and drawings for bidding, working from mark-ups and first drafts to create accurate construction documents. Perform field surveys to gather project data and prepare assessments based on owners' facilities and requirements. Develop schedules, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Word and Excel while creating and managing AutoCAD and Revit files. Coordinate engineering team delivery, quality-assure project outcomes, and perform construction administration including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and site visits. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and standards to ensure work meets codes and client specifications. This role involves working on multiple concurrent projects to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality results. Onboarding requires in-person work at the Lansdale, PA office for 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field with minor in EE
- Ability to meet deadlines and honor commitments

- Introductory and/or basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Introductory and/or basic knowledge of REVIT
- Onboarding and training require in-person work at our Lansdale, PA office for the first 90 days
- Following this period, a hybrid work arrangement will be available
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in engineering, design, and/or design/build construction is a plus
- Obtaining or ability to attain Fundamentals of Engineering
- Intermediate and advanced skills in AutoCAD
- Intermediate and advanced skills in REVIT
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Additional Requirements
- This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with one or two years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
