Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Oversee delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment to product goals and business priorities. Partner with global stakeholders across regions to manage priorities and drive outcomes. Support operational planning, including staffing, delivery forecasting, and team capacity. Drive continuous improvement across team processes, delivery model, and operational efficiency. Monitor delivery metrics and communicate status, risks, and progress to leadership. Collaborate with technical experts to inform decisions, ensuring solutions align with business and technology needs. Ensure adherence to enterprise technology and risk standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- At least five years of project management experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Prior people leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple teams or regions
- Proven decision-making and strategic thinking abilities in complex or ambiguous environments
- Experience leading delivery in a technology or engineering environment
- Ability to work across global teams and time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree
- Experience with or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, cloud environments such as AWS)
