Job Summary
Technology Delivery Manager responsible for planning and managing new technical project implementations for customers worldwide. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality. Manage the Demand/Change Management process from requirements to proposal formulation, mobilize internal resources across departments, and collaborate with customer project teams. Produce project reports and KPIs for customers and senior management. Requires approximately 3 years of professional experience in managing technical projects, a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, familiarity with project management tools and SDLC, PMP asset consideration, and strong English and Greek communication skills. Frequent travel is required; hybrid work model offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of proven professional experience in managing technical projects
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant technology-related field
- PMP or related certifications considered an asset
- Good knowledge of Project Management Tools and methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Greek
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Excellent teamwork and professional attitude
- Hands-on mentality and detail-oriented
