Job Summary
Technology Delivery Lead in Health & Public Service oversees delivery of technology and transformation projects for public sector and healthcare clients, leads cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes, drives data-enabled decision making, collaborates with Strategy & Consulting, supports end-to-end project management from design to support, and leverages Data & Analytics, Security, and Cloud capabilities within the H&PS domain; role includes mentoring consultants, engaging stakeholders, and balancing client value with regulatory considerations; flexible, in-person collaboration is part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in technology project management
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and challenges specific to Health and Public Sector
- Consulting skills: financial acumen, structured/abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management and communication
- PMP, PRINCE2 certifications (bonus)
- Fluency in Dutch
- Knowledge of Data & AI, Security and Cloud technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end projects
- Ability to adapt to client needs and support design-to-delivery transitions
- Experience in public sector and healthcare domains is valued
