Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technology and business transformation delivery for financial services and technology clients, overseeing mobilisation through to implementation and benefits realisation; establish governance, risk management, and delivery plans; coordinate cross-disciplinary teams; manage stakeholders and adopt change strategies; deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities for proposals and practice development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing initiatives ranging from strategic technology implementations through to enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Leading Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery teams, with practical exposure to roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Programme / Product Manager
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Relevant delivery certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, MSP SAFe, PMP, Scrum
- Experience of working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
- Domain understanding of financial services, particularly capital markets, corporate banking, and insurance.
