Job Summary
Technology & Database Coordinator overseeing two areas: databases management (input, upkeep, redundancy, protection) and technology resources coordination with vendors/consultants to ensure infrastructure runs smoothly. Responsibilities include establishing data standards and security protocols for the CRM database, improving performance, integrity, and security of databases, monitoring backups and restoration, staying informed on regulatory/compliance developments, expanding CRM capabilities, configuring accounts/workstations for staff, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating vendor management for software/hardware/networks, maintaining AV equipment and security systems (Verkada), managing Ecobee climate controls, training staff on new technologies, and supporting events with technology setup. Requires experience in data security, backup/recovery, and system administration; strong communication; problem-solving; and a commitment to the mission of MB Foundation with a Christian faith affiliation.
