Job Summary
Technology & Data Improvement Manager to lead a high-impact reporting transformation for Sunrise Medical Group’s North American operations. Responsible for replacing fragmented reporting with an enterprise-wide dashboard providing a single source of truth for performance metrics, and for identifying and prioritizing initiatives that improve business performance, efficiency, and decision-making through technology and data-driven solutions. Works with IT and external vendors to define requirements, optimize core systems (ERP, CRM, BI, planning tools), develop dashboards and KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making. Manages multiple projects end-to-end, builds business cases, and communicates with senior stakeholders to adopt new tools and processes. Travel is required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (masters considered a plus) and advanced proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau), ERP familiarity (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365), data modeling/governance, automation (Power Automate), and a track record in business transformation, analytics, or technology roles. Must demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Trustworthy character and alignment with the organization’s code of conduct are essential.
