Job Summary
Technology Coordinator role supporting a school district with extensive educational technology administration. Responsibilities include managing Google Workspace for Education Admin Console, device management across Chromebooks and iPads, domain/services (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, print and file servers, SQL Server), virtualization and staff/student Windows imaging (WICD), PDQ Inventory/Deploy for Windows devices, Mosyle Manager and Apple School Manager for iPads, web-based LMS platforms (Schoology, Google Classroom), eRate processes and Internet safety training, Digital Watchdog camera systems, district communications (ParentSquare), PaperCut print management, Halo Smart Sensors, Carbon Black security, Kajeet hotspots and Sentinel Console, BenQ interactive panels, One2One Manager for inventory and repair tracking, ClassLink SSO and OneSync for K-12, plus ability to plan and execute self-directed projects and lead tech professional development. Also requires long-term planning and budgeting, and fostering friendly collaboration with faculty and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Experience in IT administration for educational environments preferred
- Knowledge of Google Workspace for Education Admin Console and device management platforms
- Experience with network equipment, security software, and classroom technology management
- Ability to plan and lead educational technology professional development
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Budgeting and long-term planning abilities
- Familiarity with LMS (Google Classroom, Schoology) and print/camera/security solutions for a district
